Who We List
CondosPros.ca is not a general professional directory. We list professionals across five trades whose practice has a meaningful condo focus and who can demonstrate that focus with verifiable credentials and case history. Each trade has its own minimum thresholds.
Status Cert Lawyers
Minimum 50 condo status certificate reviews and 100 condo closings in the past three years. Active Law Society registration in good standing. Residential real estate focus.
Condo Inspectors
Minimum 200 condo-specific inspections completed. Active OAHI or Carson Dunlop certification verify with current sources. Condo inspection comprises at least 40% of annual inspection volume.
Property Managers
Minimum 30 active managed condo units. RTA experience with documented tenancy management. Understanding of condo corporation rules as they apply to rental units.
Mortgage Brokers
Minimum 75 condo mortgage closings in the past 36 months. Active FSRA registration. Pre-construction or investor condo financing experience is a plus.
Condo Stagers
Minimum 75 condo-specific staging projects completed. Physical staging inventory appropriate for condo-scale spaces. Downtown Toronto staging experience.
